Federal law
All real estate information on this website is subject to the federal Fair Housing Act, Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended. It is illegal to advertise any preference, limitation or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin, or any intention to make such a preference, limitation or discrimination.
New Jersey law
New Jersey protects more people than federal law does. Under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, it is illegal to discriminate in housing because of race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, nationality, marital, domestic partnership or civil union status, sex, gender identity or expression, disability, affectional or sexual orientation, familial status, source of lawful income or source of lawful rent payment, or any other characteristic the law protects.
What this means when you work with us
We serve every buyer and seller with the same care and the same information. We do not steer anyone toward or away from any town or neighborhood. That is why our town guides describe homes, taxes, commutes and flood zones, and never describe who lives somewhere.
