Whatever the address says, the municipality is Evesham Township. Evesham sets the tax rate and runs the town services.

Worth knowing: Part of Evesham lies in the state designated Pinelands Area, where the Pinelands Commission's rules can affect additions, new construction and land use. Olde Marlton is a locally regulated historic district, so exterior changes there may need review. We check both on every listing.
