Homes

What you will find

  • Single family homes: Most homes sit in residential neighborhoods off Route 38 and the county roads, built across several decades.
  • Planned neighborhoods: Newer developments such as Creekview, Hainesport Chase and Sage Run, some with their own homeowners associations, rules and fees.
  • Creek area homes: Homes near the Rancocas Creek and its tributaries, where the flood map deserves a close look.

Worth knowing: Hainesport sits on the Rancocas Creek, so some properties near the water can fall in a mapped flood zone. We check the FEMA flood map and the flood insurance picture for every home near the creek. In the planned developments, we read the association documents early so the rules and fees are clear from the start.
