- Moorestown Lenola: The Census Bureau's name for a large part of the township, counted at about 14,200 of Moorestown's 21,400 residents in 2020. It is part of Moorestown Township, not a separate town.

Homes
What you will find
- Historic homes along Main Street and in the Moorestown Historic District, where the National Register counts 351 contributing buildings.
- Suburban single family homes in Lenola and the other neighborhoods around Main Street.
- Homes near the parks close to the 70 acre Strawbridge Lake Park in the middle of town and the township's neighborhood parks.
- Newer developments with affordable set asides: Under its affordable housing plan, the township zoned sites such as the Nagle tract at Hartford and Centerton roads and a site on Route 38 for new homes, with a share set aside as deed restricted affordable units.
Worth knowing: If a home is inside the Moorestown Historic District, ask the township early whether any local review applies to exterior changes, additions or demolition, because that can shape renovation plans. If a home is a deed restricted affordable unit, it carries its own sale and resale rules. The address alone does not tell you everything, so we also confirm the block and lot, the zoning and any association on every property.
